Psychedelic A few weeks ago I featured a Texas based project called The Vliets on SFTT and today I'm back with yet another great ambient psychedelic troupe from the lone star state. Black Books have recently had success with their release An Introduction To... which is the precursor to their upcoming fall record. Black Books - "Silver Lining" Post-Rock I love instrumentals, especially when they make me want to break out in interpretive dance or watch a (500) Days Of Summer on mute. Atlantic Drop makes me do these things. Their brand of undulating, guitar-driven, post-rock falls somewhere between Radiohead and Sigur Rós (not to pigeonhole them), and is worthy of listen after listen.
