I was introduced to El Gun Legro's tunes through my homey Warren at the Speakeasy Radio show a few months back. Warren played a track by El Gun that was themed around the concept of "even though you have acne, have bad breath, have no money etc., life is still good. Put your chin up champ". It was a well executed, partial comedic, all reality check approach to life's ills. It inspired me to embrace my dead snaggletooth. El Gun's visual application to his music may work for some, may disturb others, but should really be enjoyed by all. When it comes down to it, El Gun spits darts. He's an MC in its truest form.
