The Of Montreal gang are back with a brand new track titled "Wintered Debts". From their upcoming album, Paralyptic Stalk , this song is over seven minutes long. "Winter Debts" is like many of Of Montreal's previous works; a funky, orchestrated story of random cries and whispers on life. This track especially asks "What is the purpose of this eco sickness?". As we ponder over that question, a flow of dissonance slowly ends at 7:34. Each section is filled with bizarre compilations of different tunes and somehow, Of Montreal made it extraordinary.
Paralyptic Stalks will be available next year under Illinois' Polyvinyl Records.
