LA Font - Sharks [Video]
04.23.2012 Jake Blair

Up-and-coming garage-rockers LA Font just unveiled their latest video for the song "Sharks," cut from their most recent EP by the same name from Sister City Records. Using McDonalds as the theme for an indie-rock video is pretty counter-cultural; counter-counter-cultural, even. And it's entertaining enough conceptually that it's worth watching, even if you aren't a fan of the music.

Musically, the group is straightforward in what they deliver - well written indie rock songs recorded with a lo-fi sound, giving the whole experience a nostalgic and authentic feel. You can find the video below,  as well as links to the group's Bandcamp page, where both of their releases are available for download.
