The weekend has come and gone, and now you're deep into your weekly grind. Never fear, Wobble Wednesday is back with more of your favorite face-melting bass drops to help you make the most of your mundane lifestyle. Today I'll be guiding you along through the many variations of bass music that we see these days, new and old. I wanted to turn the Wobble Wednesday feature into more than just a section for today's dubstep, so I decided it was only right to incorporate some drum & bass as well as an oldies section into the weekly feature.

You'll be hearing amazing bass-driven tunes from the softer, chiller side of dubstep to the filthy, grimier side that everybody loves to rage to. I'll also dip into the world of drum & bass as well as add some classic tunes from the 'golden age' of dubstep. All I ask from you guys is to enjoy and download. Once the weekend hits, steal the iPod at the party and throw on these songs. Guarantee it will make the place jump!

BASS

K Theory who seems to always bring something new and exciting to the table came out with a banging tune this week called "Notorious" which samples Biggie Smalls and Bone Thugs N Harmony's "Notorious Thugs" giving it a deeper glitchier bass and chopped vocals. Habstrakt dropped a new track this week, which I haven't stopped listening to since its release. In "Get Funky," Habstrakt uses a number of gritty bass lines and synth chords and faded drums to create a fun moombahton track.

FILTH

Circus Records had a huge week, releasing a new EP with various artists called Mr Mongoose's Fantastic Weekend EP. I decided to add my two favorites (which was extremely hard to decide) to the list, a collaboration between Doctor P and Dillon Francis as well as a track by Brown & Gammon. The entire EP is a bit on the fun and funky side, as well as keeping the dirty grittyness that these producers always seem to bring. Also make sure to check out both Krewella and At Dawn We Rage's remixes to Adventure Club's newest hit "Rise & Fall."

OLDIES

Unitz who has been around for years now has started to finally make waves again in the industry with his EP release called Moschinos. Since this is the oldies section, featuring something from 2012 would not make much sense, so instead I decided to include his track "The Drop" which has a large electro feel for today's ears, which was revolutionary at the time the track was released.

DRUM & BASS

With Delta Heavy's EP release last week came their massive hit "Get By," which they so graciously decided to mix into a drum & bass crazed track as well. Here's "Get By" at 174 BPM. Fred V & Grafix are notorious for pushing out amazing DnB tracks and this remix to Skepta's "Hold On" shows their production skills have not slipped at all. Under the Hospitality label, you know they won't expect anything less than perfection.

CHILL

As a graduation gift to us all, for his own accomplishments with school, Draper decided to release this track "Graduation." This song has everything we've come to love from Draper, fun poppy synths and a killer melody. OOAH from the Glitch Mob's side project Of Porcelain is starting to catch some heat with their second album to release soon. This week they dropped a little teaser by way of a new track entitled "The Witching Hour." The name says it all, it's dark and creepy with plenty of bass.
