Stafford Brothers - "Hello" [Remixes & Ticket Giveaway]
02.12.2013 Colin Tewksbury

Big news for some of the biggest names out of Australia, Chris and Matt Stafford (aka Stafford Brothers), who are celebrating joining Cash Money Records in a massive way. Over the next four days, the label will be releasing 19 remixes of the duo’s track “Hello”, featuring vocals from none other than world-renowned rap and pop artists Lil Wayne and Chirstina Milian. Today, we have 3 of the first 5 remixes for you to stream and select your favorite, as well as an exciting ticket giveaway courtesy of Earmilk Events, giving you the chance to see Stafford Brothers play alongside two of the biggest names in dance music, Eric Prydz & Sander van Doorn at The Guvernment in Toronto on February 17th.

The 19-track remix package begins with a selection of upcoming producers including Dannic and Henrix, who took similar approaches to their versions, laying down big room tracks that selectively sampled the vocals. Myon and Shane54 continue in this vein, with a slightly longer remix that lets Milian strut her stuff. However, the last two remixes, which bring in Lil Wayne, take the cake in my opinion. Wunderkind Will Sparks destroys it with a bumping Melbourne house rehash that makes me hit replay over and over again. Finally, a pleasant surprise from an artist I've never really looked into, Danish DJ and producer Morten Breum. He absolutely kills it with a seriously grimy version, complete with a dubby break for Wayne's rap.
