Unlikely Futures is the Ottawa based production trio consisting of Max Zims, Chomps, and J Remedy. These life long friends have grown up in Ottawa and have seen the steady growth of it's small music scene. Over the past few years Ottawa has begun to gain recognition musically and culturally thanks to front runners like A Tribe Called Red and Thugli. The boys from Unlikely Futures want to widen this scope and freshen things up in this government town. All coming from their own musical niche's and backgrounds they have transcended their studio and taken their music live. They now have a monthly jump off called Lifted held at Ritual the cities hip-hop melting pot.
Unlikely Futures latest offering is a track called "Feeling Is Gone", the cloudy instrumental and airy vocals set the mood; with the signature trap kicks and drums to give it just enough bop. Listen below and stay tuned for more from Canada's capital city.
