While many simply discuss the unoriginality of electronic today, Main Course actually does something about it. The brainchild of Neoteric, Astronmar, and Bot has made a name for itself by dishing out all the innovative electronic production one can handle, for free. Today the international, collaborative collective returns to the decks with its second remix compilation, a splendid 8-track release known as The Remixes Vol. 02. Starting off with a massive bang, the tour de force opens with Botnek's rendition of Neoteric/Wax Motif's "Das Machines". Montreal's inventive electronic duo fashion a mind-bending, ear-drumming track before the release moves on to remixes by Grandtheft, Ape Drums, Craig Williams, and more. The Remixes Vol. 02 can be downloaded for free via Main Course's Facebook, but we recommend purchasing the album to support the many talented artists on the compilation.
