Rachel Row's a relative newcomer to the dance scene, cute in looks, HOT on vocals! She's been working with ace producer KiNK (of Ovum/Rush Hour labels) on a string of really nice releases (see the Handmade EP). This time she brings us Follow the Step, a 4-track EP that rocks, chills, and lifts you up when you're feelin' down.
