[06.22.2009]Juno – Swells for you to relax to
Author: jsully
Seattle band Juno does what a lot of bands who are more famous than them do, but they do it a hell of a lot better. Think Mogwai and Explosions in the Sky, but with better vocal swells that aren’t too extreme. Juno released their debut album This Is the Way It Goes and Goes and Goes on DeSoto Records in 1999. Their second album A Future Lived in Past Tense was released May 8, 2001. The band was critically acclaimed by various local and national music journals and has toured throughout the US, Europe and Japan. They also released a split EP with The Dismemberment Plan which included a cover of DJ Shadow’s “High Noon“. Unfortunately, we’re not going to be getting any new music, but I really love this band, so I’m posting their whole album for you to dowload and enjoy.
